1. License & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Nora Decor owns the intellectual property rights and materials displayed across this website. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

• Republish, duplicate, sell, or rent material, product designs, or catalogs from this website.
• Reproduce custom textile patterns, flooring visuals, or wallpaper motifs for commercial exploitation.
• Engage in automated data extraction, web scraping, or system harvesting without prior written authorization.

2. Purchasing & Legal Capacity

By placing an order on Nora Decor, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement. If an order is made by a minor, the parent or legal guardian will remain liable for any loss, damage, or financial obligation incurred.

3. Product Descriptions & Material Variance

We take extreme care to display textures, patterns, and colors accurately. However:

• Color Variance: Slight tone and hue discrepancies may occur due to device screen calibrations and batch-to-batch production variations.
• Natural Textures: Natural materials like wooden flooring, linen, and silk fibers feature inherent grain nuances and organic textures, which are hallmarks of authenticity rather than defects.

4. Installation & Surface Preparation

Proper surface preparation is mandatory before applying any decor solutions:

• Wallpapers & Wall Murals: Walls must be smooth, completely dry, primed, and free of moisture, seepage, or cracks. Nora Decor accepts no liability for surface peeling, bubbling, or discoloration caused by damp walls or improper surface conditions.
• Flooring & Blinds: Subfloors must be leveled and clean. We do not assume responsibility for DIY installation errors or mistakes caused by third-party carpenters and contractors hired independently by the client.

5. Custom Orders & Cancellation Policy

Custom-cut fabrics, tailored curtains, customized blinds, and bespoke wallpapers are crafted specifically according to individual room measurements. Once fabrication or custom cutting commences, these bespoke items cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

6. Force Majeure

Nora Decor shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in shipping, dispatch, or installation resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including raw material supply disruptions, acts of nature, customs clearances, or transport strikes.

7. Promotional Offers & Discounts

Special promotional discounts, coupons, and seasonal offers apply exclusively to eligible prepaid orders. Promotional coupons cannot be combined or clubbed with existing wholesale or trade project rates unless expressly stated.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
